Customer insight within the healthcare sector is Abigail’s true passion. Aged 24 she built a healthcare research business, which grew into a $50 million global agency with offices in the US, UK and Japan, with Abigail as the Global CEO of Health. It wasn’t until later in Abigail’s career that she decided to set up her own agency – Day One Strategy. The goal was to build an agency that everyone wants to work for and with, leveraging the latest technology and innovation to work smarter and faster to deliver more relevant insights to healthcare / pharmaceutical clients.
