REWARDING TALENT AND RECOGNISING EXCELLENCE
Welcome to Campaign 40 over 40, the awards scheme dedicated to sharing stories of excellence, giving individuals the chance to inspire and be inspired by other like-minded professionals.
We’re championing and recognising people for their outstanding contributions to the industry, from ground-breaking work, head-turning innovations to outside-of-the-box thinking and memorable campaigns.
We’re celebrating those who deserved recognition for their loyalty, dedication, leadership or mentorship during their career so far. The people who’ve made a real difference on the ground to help push our industry forward.
Congratulations to those who made this year's 40 over 40 list!
"I am honoured to find myself included in the Campaign 40 over 40 awards – awards that recognise those who have moved beyond early-career successes to make a lasting impact."
Helen Normoyle, Co-Founder, My Menopause Centre
"I’m really grateful for the existence of this award, because I was always ambitious and knew there were big things I wanted to achieve in life, but - and this is especially true for many women - life sometimes gets in the way of that. Which means we come to it later than we might have done had we been born into a different body. At 47, I feel like I’m only just getting started on the things I want to achieve!"
Suzy Barnes, CEO, Diva
"I am truly honoured to be part of Campaign’s 40 over 40 list for 2022, and it has only been made possible by the support of the incredible super star marketing team at Vodafone Smart Tech. I have had the privilege to work with and learn from many inspiring people, people who are passionate and dedicated to their craft. I am grateful for that and excited for the next 40 years ahead in my career!"
Pamela Brown, CMO, Vodafone Smart Tech
