Dominique Bergantino

Atypical, absolutely non-traditional and barrier-breaking. It started in Hounslow, where I left school a mixed-race girl with no degree and little chance on paper of a career in marketing. I began as a PA for British Airways, before working my way up and into the marketing team. I’ve since held senior roles agency- and client-side, across territories including the UK, Germany and Dubai – where I helped establish OgilvyOne. I have managed large clients including BT, BA, and Public Health England. I’m now Co-President and MD of Havas’ flagship customer engagement agency, Havas CX helia.
