Katie McMorran

After 15 years in advertising, with 10 years at Ogilvy becoming a Board Director, I left and took 10 years to balance family with other roles including Communications Director at a Private Clinical Rehab and founding a UK-wide Mental Health company. 

When I wanted to return to an agency career, I had to take a step back to a GAD as few agencies saw past the previous 10 years. Within 14 months I was leading the advertising agency in Publicis LifeBrands and grew the business by 300% over the last 4 years. I am now a Managing Partner for Langland.
