"Dropped out of university to start a career in Advertising (1994). Got the most junior position available at an Ad Agency (DDB)- Press Checker. Loved it.

 Have founded three companies with varying degrees of success: 

 Internet service provider (1996) - fail; 

 Digital Design Agency (2001) - better; 

 Freelance Marketplace, YunoJuno (2012) - which I am now Executive Chairman. 

 In between these events I returned to university to finish my degree (Architecture). YunoJuno was founded to disrupt the way organisations connected with the best creative and tech freelance talent. We've grown the community to 100,000+ premium freelancers and we're approaching £1 billion in bookings."
