Emma has spent 25 years shaping a successful career within the creative industries, rising from reception in her first agency to Managing Partner of Operations at ad agency Elvis. Her journey reflects both determination and a deep understanding of the industry at every level. Driven by a desire to create meaningful change, Emma transitioned toward purpose-led work, focusing on equity and representation. In 2020, she co-founded With Not, a progressive production company dedicated to representing Disabled talent. Through her work and lived experience, she champions underrepresented voices and is committed to building more inclusive and authentic creative spaces.
