My name is Isa. I’m an award-winning creative leader with 20 years’ experience building brands where culture, technology and creativity meet. I’ve led global creative teams at Bloomberg, Square (Block) and now Adobe, where I run the EMEA Creative Studio, overseeing creative output across 42 countries and diverse cultural markets. My work focuses on building brands, creative systems and standards that scale globally without losing their soul. I care deeply about storytelling, but also about the structures that allow creativity to thrive inside complex organisations. Today, that means helping teams evolve in the age of AI while keeping things human.
