Kate Cox

Kate finished her Masters degree on a Friday and started at Bray Leino the following Monday. Twenty-seven years later, she leads the agency as CEO. She rose through flagship accounts from Account Director to Client Services Director and Managing Director before being appointed CEO at 38. Since then, she has delivered sustained international growth across the UK, US and APAC, expanded the agency’s strategic and creative offer, and added Bray Leino Events and additional MISSION businesses to her remit. Her career proves that loyalty, operational depth and commercial ambition can coexist and scale.
