Alison Rattary-Clarke

I started as a runner. It was fast-paced and long hours, but I loved it. I learnt the importance of adaptability and determination. These skills have stayed with me throughout my career. I moved into live broadcasting at Sky, managing news items for travel, automotive, and leisure & hospitality. Then moved into sports promotions and advertising and this is where my passion for creative and strategic thinking really came to life. I led a team of producers managing accounts for Sky Bet and Sky. Now, as Joint Managing Director of Fall Off The Wall, I lead people-first, inclusive and forward-thinking.
