Penny Brough is Chief Marketing & AI Officer at UKTV, leading the award-winning Marcomms division across its streaming service U and seven channel brands. She drives audience growth, brand reputation and innovation, overseeing 90+ colleagues across marketing, media, social and creative, and sponsors AI initiatives. With 20+ years’ experience, Penny has held senior roles at BBC Studios and ViacomCBS/Paramount, where she was CMO for UK channels including Channel 5, MTV and Nickelodeon, and led international expansion across 149 markets. She began her career in agencies including Wieden+Kennedy, before moving client-side at Vodafone UK.
