Martin worked the first ten years of his career for dunnhumby, including 3 expat years launching personalised shopper-media in Scandinavia for Co-op. Martin moved to Summit Media in 2016 to lead a new insights media planning function working with Argos, Aldi & Woolworths (Au). In 2019 Martin became MD before completing an MBO of Summit & Productcaster in 2021, taking the position of CEO. In the three years since the MBO, Summit have doubled their revenues, helping some of the biggest brands in Europe including Wickes, THG and Three Mobile spend more than $500m on advertising platforms such as Google.
