Sera Holland

From publicist in the late 90’s through to founding an indie in the early 00’s, I went on to lead the team at Material for 14 years. From persuading a global brewing client to backing us to winning Best Small Place to Work, Drum Marketer of the Year and Brand Partnership of the Decade. Always restless for the next challenge, I co-founded global strategy collective, Fawnbrake, pioneering a flexible, decentralised model. The last 5 years I’ve been at Omnicom, transforming Ketchum from a PR agency to an integrated, earned-first consultancy. Currently on gardening leave, I’m now planning my next chapter.
