Lisa Morgan

Lisa Morgan, Managing Director of Generation Media, a leading independent media agency, has been integral since its 2007 inception, driving it to top 5 status in the UK and earning the 2024 Independent European Agency of the Year (Indie Awards). Previously, she led L’Oreal at ZenithOptimedia and established MindShare Play at Mindshare. Morgan sits on IPA's council since 2021 and fundraises for The Fence Club. She holds an MBA from LSE, mentors through IPA Bloom, and is an accredited EMCC coach. With regular speaking engagements globally, from London to New York, she is a prominent figure in media and business.
