I’m a British-Pakistani Disabled AF Oracle: Entrepreneur, Writer, and Speaker. I’m the Founder & Chief Radical Officer of ThisAbility® Ltd., a Disability-owned creative business. My work is built on integrity, values, and Revolutionary LOVE®. I’m a wheelchair user with over four decades of lived experience of Disability. I also have over a decade and a half of experience working at the sacred outer fridges of the creative industries. I assist organisations to (re)envision creativity with an anti-ableist lens. My approach to leadership and creative work is rooted in justice and grounded in being principled, joyful, imaginative, loving, and community-centred.
