Lucy Holmes

I’ve worked in media agencies for 20+ years, with over 15 of those being at PHD UK. I was appointed to the PHD UK Board in 2017 and I currently lead a team of 54 people across PHD’s largest client collective, which includes iconic brands like Virgin Atlantic, HSBC, Andrex, McCain and PG Tips. I am also Co-Chair of OMG UK’s Disability and Neurodiversity ERG, creating momentum in inclusivity across our agencies. I have recently been accredited as a coach, and I am using coaching techniques to help develop my team and gain different perspectives for my clients.
