Natalie Burkinshaw

Natalie Burkinshaw is the founder of Crush, one of relatively few female-founded creative agencies in the UK, which she runs from Derbyshire, specialising in brand for engineering, manufacturing and technology companies. After starting her design career in London, she founded Crush in 2003 and has grown it into an 11-strong team serving clients across multiple continents, recognised internationally with a German Design Award. 23 years in, she has proved that serious B2B brand work doesn't need a London postcode, a male founder, or the usual tech-sector playbook, and that accessible, commercially intelligent design belongs at the heart of complex industries.
