Despite my early career being hindered by undiagnosed dyscalculia and ADHD, causing failures in numeric tests for grad schemes, I persevered. Undeterred, I temped as PA at Argent Group, where I negotiated a permanent role by convincing the Founders to involve me in marketing. This foundation propelled my early career, culminating in Board Marketing Director of £100M turnover business— a decade younger than peers. Following a workplace bullying settlement, I transformed adversity into opportunity, founding Drink, a consultancy, before evolving it into ZAK. Inspired by my mentors, I setup a supportive workplace culture, championing those who might otherwise be overlooked.
