Dinah Williams

Dinah Williams is a trailblazer in UK advertising. As Founder and CEO of Avenir Network, she leads workplace transformation with a focus on inclusive leadership. With over 15 years of media experience, Dinah pivoted her career in 2019 and has delivered impactful inclusive business and cultural transformation programmes and, in 2020 co-founded Bloom in Colour, a network for women of colour in Bloom. Her accolades include Advertising Week’s 2025 'Future is Female' Award and the 2022 WACL Talent Award. Beyond Avenir, Dinah serves as an executive coach, UN Women UK delegate, and NABS trainer, championing equity and systematic change.
