Helen Rhodes

Chief Creative Officer, Grey London

My creative career began at the renowned Watford Advertising course, taught by the legendary Tony Cullingham. I’ve since worked at top agencies like Wieden+Kennedy in Portland, where I helped earn multiple Agency of the Year honors. As Executive Creative Director at BBC Creative, I led the BAFTA-winning Tokyo 2020 Olympics campaign. In 2021, as ECD of BBH, I founded The Barn, a creative apprenticeship program to discover diverse UK talent and break industry barriers. Now, as Chief Creative Officer of Grey London, I’m focused on driving creativity, inclusivity, and meaningful change in the industry I’ve built my career in.
