Caroline has worked in Out of Home for the last 20 years, successfully navigating her way up the business from a team assistant. In her current role as a Head of Sales for Bauer Media Outdoor, she's an established OOH Practitioner. Caroline builds and maintains strong influential relationships within OOH Agencies, empowering her team to identify key stakeholders and advertisers to consider OOH amongst the many media platforms on offer. Alongside this, Caroline works as Fairness Champion, using her platform to elevate the companies values internally and to the wider media industry.
