Ciara began her career at Ogilvy in Dublin over seventeen years ago and has since worked at leading agencies such as DDB, BETC, and McCann across London, Paris, and Toronto. During this time, she’s created global award-winning campaigns for Amazon, Mastercard, Bacardi, Diet Coke, Taco Bell, and Danone, earning accolades including Cannes Lions, The One Show, and Effies. Beyond her creative achievements, Ciara is deeply committed to diversity in the industry, having spent ten years on the SheSays committee and leading her own creative mother’s network, The Unicorn Union.
