Amanda has 25 years of experience in executive search and senior leadership across the media industry. She has held roles at Korn Ferry, Grace Blue, BBC Worldwide, Haymarket and Havas Media Group. She advises the C-Suite on growth through transformational talent across technology, creative, strategy, digital and leadership roles. She is known for empathy, integrity and authenticity, and is a trusted voice in talent attraction, development and retention. She gives time to the industry and supports future talent. She served as a Trustee for NABS and received the Ron Miller Award for outstanding service. She is a Trustee of The Grae Matta Foundation, which supports better mental health in education and the workplace. Amanda mentors through The Kids Network, The Girls' Network and Lollipop. She also volunteers with Founders4Schools and Inspiring the Future, helping students understand career paths and raise their aspirations.
