Annabelle Black is an award winning client services lead in the advertising industry. Recently recognised in Campaign's A-List 2026 as well as one of their Top 10 Trailblazers in 2025. Annabelle has led a career as a 'suit' at some of the industry's most famous agencies; Saatchi & Saatchi, VCCP, McCann and Ogilvy - working on some of the world's most famous brands Coca Cola, Unilever, Philips, Reckitt Benkiser and L'Oreal. In 2024, Belle wrote a viral Linkedin post that shone a light on the dangers of burnout. Reaching over half a million people, this post led to her writing about her experiences for Campaign Magazine. Titled 'Burnout in Adland what can you do to help', her article became one of the most read pieces for the publication in 2024 and ignited a conversation in the industry that has continued to run and run. Today, Belle is the founder of Excellence in Client Service - a training and mentorship programme designed to help client service teams grow - commercially, operationally, and personally. The program's mantra 'Keeping clients in, without burning staff out' - is inspired and underpinned by her experiences in burnout and she uses this to ensure that teams are able to improve without putting their mental health at risk. In her spare time, Annabelle is a Lived Experience Samaritans Panel Member offering feedback on creative work before going live. She's also a mother, wife, artist, and described as a "human shot of vitamin D."
