Annie Gallimore

Managing Director , ACNE/Deloitte Digital

Annie is the Managing Director of ACNE UK, Deloitte Digital's creative agency. She joined Deloitte Digital two years ago from Engine London (now House 337), where she held the position of managing director.   Annie began her career at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, helping create award winning work for Guinness, where she was the account manager on Surfer, voted 'the best ad of all time', and Dulux, Mars confectionary and Walkers crisps. She has worked both client and agency side of the industry leading multi-award winning integrated campaigns for multiple organisations, including large international brands (Sky, MoneySuperMarket, Cazoo) and public sector bodies, such NHS Blood & Transplant where she led the team on Missing Type, the most awarded creative work of 2017. Prior to her role as managing director at ENGINE, Annie held leadership positions at WPP's Grey London as managing partner, where she ran Dairy Crest and GSK.     Client side, Annie was CMO at Waterstones, launching their website and loyalty scheme.    Annie sits on the IPA Council, which she was elected to in 2019, and is passionate about mentoring women across the creative industry, having led the Talent Leadership Group at the IPA focusing on diversity and representation in the advertising and marketing community.   Since joining ACNE London, she has reshaped and rebuilt the team, achieved 15% growth in revenue with wins for, amongst other brands, Dr Marten's and Spotify and collaborated with Deloitte Digital on major clients such as Jaguar Landrover, Diageo, Unilever and Allwyn
