Now aged 42, Camilla became CEO of M&C Saatchi January 2020, when it merged with customer agency LIDA. She's since transformed the agency, returning to profitability while keeping the objective of driving positive change front and centre. Before M&C Saatchi, Camilla cut her teeth at J Walter Thompson and spent seven years winning and leading integrated client business at CHI and partners. She joined M&C Saatchi Group as Business Director 12 years ago, before rising through the ranks becoming Chief Operating Officer, then Group Managing Director, becoming CEO was a natural progression.
