I have (somewhat unfashionably) found what I love and continued running with it throughout my 29-year career. Starting in ‘direct marketing’ with Craik Jones, I quickly found my groove as a fiercely creative planner in a data-driven world. After stints with Proximity and G2, I joined M&C Saatchi’s Central Strategy Unit, leading the LIDA strategy team. I then founded my own consultancy, ColourPop Marketing, delivering strategy and branding projects, where I loved playing at copywriting. Now, as CSO of RAPP, I’m honing my tech and data skills to deliver creativity at scale and inspiring my team to invent the future.
