Claire Hodges

Claire works within Channel 4's integrated agency sales team as an AV manager.  She has played a key role in developing and maximising TV and VOD market share and revenues, building relationships with key agency stakeholders and managing a vast portfolio of accounts. Claire has been part of award-winning projects like Black To Front, Stand Against Racism and Together Against Hate. She is part of a creative sales team, that has gone from strength to strength and won sales team of the year in 2021.  Claire has been recognised as a winner of the Campaign 40 over 40 awards in 2021.  She has been a real driving force when it comes to inclusion, diversity and representation in advertising, and is an active member of the Collective, which is Channel 4's employee network group committed to creating positive change for the Black, Asian and Minority ethnic community.
