Claire Young

Claire came to production by chance, starting out in fashion and PR, before moving to production in photography. She realised how much she loved production, orchestrating creative efforts to make something fantastic, the alchemy of putting the right team together with the right brief. Claire led integrated production departments at exposure, Mother, and JWT before joining VCCP in 2016. She had a vision for how production roles throughout VCCP could be brought together. This led to her founding Girl&Bear as VCCP’s integrated production studio in 2021 as a home for VCCP’s makers, delivering ‘Craft without Compromise’.
