Demi Abiola Founded Konfluence, a consultancy helping organisations diversify supply chains and unlock under-represented talent across media, creative content, and hospitality. Beginning his career at ITV, Demi has spent more than 20 years in senior commercial and investment roles at agencies in the Omnicom and WPP networks. Leading multi-millionpound media partnerships, developing market-leading pricing models for major campaigns, and building trusted relationships across global media owners and clients, including Audi, Warner Bros, Chanel and Virgin Atlantic. His work has contributed to campaigns recognised by Cannes Lions, D&AD, Campaign, Media Week, and the Festival of Media. He is a respected industry advisor and commentator, serving on the Advertising Association's All In Black Talent Working Group and previously on the WPP UK Inclusion Council. Demi was instrumental in the launch of BRiM (Black Representation in Marketing), where he helped shape frameworks that have since been adopted across major advertisers, agencies, and industry bodies. A regular speaker, writer, and judge, Demi contributes to publications and juries including Campaign, Media Week, British Media Awards, The Drum, AOP, Festival of Media, and Young Cannes Lions. He was recently named to Campaign's 40 over 40.
