Dinah Williams is the Founder and CEO of Avenir Network, a consultancy shaping the Future of Work through inclusion, innovation, and purpose, alongside its social impact arm, Avenir Pathways CIC, which prepares underrepresented professionals for the future workplace. An award-winning entrepreneur, she works across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors to build inclusive, future-ready cultures grounded in behavioural science. Avenir is the delivery partner for the BRiM Sponsorship Programme for Black Talent - the UK marketing industry's only initiative of its kind, supporting more than 100 Black future leaders across three cohorts as of spring 2026.
