After 7 years at Mintel, I made the jump to creative agencies. The highlight being, joining Inferno as their new business lead, where over 10 years I drove their marketing and new business activities (including winning Sport England, with the This Girl Can campaign). Inferno was acquired by IPG network FCB. Where I became a board member and London CMO.
In 2019 I joined Impero as their first MD where under my leadership they have doubled in size growing the agency with my own vision. One that works for its people, rather than just one that people work for.
