Running my first department at just 26 I went on to launch iProspect in the UK for Isobar in 2007 and was pivotal to the roll out of the brand globally to a further 30 markets. I then replicated this success building multiple divisions and services across the Aegis and WPP networks. Taking early global leadership roles for Isobar, Mindshare and Mediacom. I supported Diageo for two years on their media transformation programme, and my latest venture bringing to Europe a specialist digital consulting practice, WLxJS that helps clients extract significant growth performance improvements from media and digital transformation.
