I joined MediaCom’s Business Science team as a Graduate Analyst, fresh out of University in January 2001. I wanted to specialise in econometric modelling within a media agency. Back then, the team was embryonic, with only five people. Over the next 11 years I rose through the ranks, eventually becoming head of the team of then 35 in 2012. We continued to grow, until I took over the reins of the wider data and analytics team in 2020, called Systems Intelligence. Systems Intelligence, encompasses all of MediaCom’s data, insight and analytics teams, and is a community of over 100 people.
