ECD , DO NOT BEHAVE

Award-winning Executive Creative Director in London. Winner of Campaign's Inspiring Women 'Conquering Creativity' Award 2024. I believe in inspiring and empowering the people I work with to create unexpected and impactful ideas in any form. Great ideas are more important than ever to cut through in our ever-changing industry and world today. My career spans over 30 years, starting with a decade at BBH London followed by another 20 years at WCRS and Engine creative directing and personally creating effective award-winning ideas along the way. More recently, I creatively led House337 during its critical first two years as a new agency, successfully pushing for the highest and most effective levels of creativity to deliver unexpected work that really does make a difference. This resulted in impactful creative output right across the client roster, including long standing partnerships - Santander | Sky | E.on | Women's Aid to more recent clients - PETA | Autistica | Missing People | Cass | Greene King. The work was recognised with over 60 awards at Cannes | D&AD | Creative Circle | Campaign BIG | Campaign Media awards | British Arrows | The Effies | DMAs. All this resulting in House337 becoming one of Campaign's top 10 creative agencies 2024. I also creatively led the agency's largest client Santander, successfully breaking convention and the tone of the financial sector by using Antandec to tell the client's story through a hapless, spoof bank. Santander's fraud campaign for 'Scammerpants' fronted by Ant & Dec reduced losses to fraud by 30% and gave the bank a record-breaking reach on TikTok for the first time ever. And this month the Edge account launch clinched a gold for Campaign's Best creative/media agency partnership. The multi-award winning domestic abuse campaign for Women's Aid "He's coming home' generated 23million social views and became the 8th most shared post during The World Cup. I am dedicated to advancing DE&I and led my last agency's partnership with Autistica with a drive to make the UK's recruitment process far more inclusive. I've also been an active mentor for Creative Equals for the past four years with my mentees scooping top prize each time. I've been on the jury for The Campaign BIG awards, British Arrows Craft and this year foreperson for Creative Circle Gold for 'Writing', which is as important as when I first started out.
