Katie has journeyed through her career with the ambition and unique ability to unite her passion for making changes in her workplace with transformational work she delivers for her clients. She’s a highly respected business leader in our industry, having carved an impressive two-decade long career. She's recently focused on driving business transformation for Britain’s second largest household and personal products company Reckitt. She has done this whilst building and nurture diverse teams and ways of working that have in turn helped her employers in their ambitions to achieve gender equality and also the industry at large.
