My career has been characterised by transformative leadership and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the industry. Despite facing challenges due to dyslexia and ADHD, I pursued a career in marketing and advertising through sheer determination, starting with work experience and non traditional routes. Over the years, I've risen to senior leadership positions, focusing on reshaping agencies to be more future-facing and a place employees can jump out of bed for and do great work. As the recently appointed co-CEO at Social Element, I've driven significant revenue growth, fostered a culture of flexibility and innovation, and advocated for neurodiversity.
