Lydia Amoah is a culture strategist and economist, a C-suite and business coach, the founder of the Black Pound Report, and a public speaker with 25 years of business experience. She is the founder and CEO of Backlight, an award-winning research and insights agency specialising in unlocking the spending power, habits, and behaviours of Black, Asian, and Multi-Ethnic audiences across the UK, with clients including NHS, P&G, Channel 4, ITV, and News UK. Named to Campaign's A-List, Entrepreneur of the Year at the Community Corporate and Culture Awards, and honoured by Advertising Week Europe and Fortune as a Great Minds Think Unalike honouree, she is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a guest lecturer at Oxford University's MBA programme, and the author of the forthcoming book "Am I Black Enough?
