Pamela Scobbie

Pam is co-founder and CCO of the John Doe Group - a £5.2m+ creative agency with clients including Meta, Guinness and Tinder. But she never expected her success. One of the only agency business owners in the country who is a creative, comes from a working-class background and identifies as a woman, she found herself in the industry through happenstance. As a result, she’s passionate about breaking moulds and creating opportunities for others. She’s pioneered a successful merger, ushered in game-changing internships, launched an insights agency within the Group and won over 100 awards for her creative work.
