Robert Stevens

Rob Stevens is Managing Director and co owner of Optix Solutions, a B Corp digital marketing agency based in Exeter, and founder of wavemind, a leadership and culture consultancy. He has six years in the digital marketing industry, supported by over 30 years of leadership experience. Rob is known for building high trust teams, leading business turnarounds, and delivering strong commercial results without losing sight of people. He is a Campaign 40 over 40 winner, has led an agency recognised as Campaign's Best Boutique Agency to Work For, and was a judge at the BIMA Awards 2025. Rob is also a trustee of Step One, a mental health charity.
