As a strategist, I obsess about insights and consumer behaviour in order to represent audiences authentically, in their power, to unlock growth. Key to this is challenging bias. This area of focus has shaped my career from agencies, where I spent 13 years heading up strategy at MGOMD, and launched OPEN @MG, our DEI program to fuel diverse perspectives, to Tech where I head up Planning and Strategy at Meta, with a focus on challenging bias and meeting unmet audiences, to my appointment to the Board of UN Women, championing equality and challenging stereotypes within advertising.
